How can I place an order?
To make purchases on ellz.co we invite you to register first.
Select a category from the navigation menu.
On each product page, you will find a thorough description of each product and related photos.
How to order
- From the product page, select the desired product
- Add the product to your bag
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag
- Select a shipping method and a payment method
- Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details and click “purchase”
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with a confirmation email.
Can i shop from my mobile device?

How do I register for a wholesale account?

How long does it take to get approved for a wholesale account?
Typically twenty four to seventy two hours. Make sure you answer all the questions on the form accurately. If more than seventy two hours passed and you haven’t been confirmed, contact us.
What kind of shipping options do you offer?
ELLZ offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders. standard shipping transit times are 2 to 6 business days. you can upgrade your shipping to priority shipping. priority shipping transit times are 1 to 4 business days.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within twenty four to forty eight hours of being received monday to friday.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom.
Will i get a confirmation email after i place an order?
Yes, after placing your order, a confirmation receipt is emailed to you. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification via email. You can also sign in to your ELLZ account and get your order confirmation and tracking information, as well as other useful info. Please note if you didn’t get a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your junk email folder. If you still don’t see the ELLZ order confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll resend it to you.
What should i do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
We cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time-frame, although we do everything possible to make sure you get your order in the advertised time frame. For further assistance please contact us, we are happy to assist you.
Where can i check the status of my order?
Once your order gets shipped a tracking number is emailed to you. You can also sign in to your ELLZ account to check the status of your order.
Credit card: visa, mastercard, american express, discover. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed. For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other payment method. ELLZ reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy or with our other security criteria.
On ELLZ.CO, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the implementation of the most advanced encryption services (ssl). When will my credit card be charged?

Why was my payment declined?
If you receive a notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please check that, the card details or payment information you entered is correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type, the 3 or 4 digit security number is correct and that your credit card has not expired. Ensure that the billing address matches the credit card or payment method used for payment. You can modify your billing information at the payment details step. Items shipped from ELLZ can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. To process a return, fill out the form.
Global return policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. ELLZ will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
When will i receive my refund?
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
If you wish to exchange the product you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost. Fill out the return form, choose the “exchange” option and fill out the notes. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship your new item to the address from your original order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Сan i receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one i used for the order?
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
