HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To purchase ELLZ’s products from our website, please create an account by filling out the registration form. From your account dashboard, you will have access to view your most recent orders and manage your billing / shipping addresses. In addition, you have the ability to edit your password and account details.

HOW TO ORDER
When you find a product you would like to purchase, be sure to select the following:

Once you have selected all of the above, press on the ADD TO BAG button. At this time a product(s) will have been added to the bag and you may continue shopping or view the bag. When you are finished shopping, you can proceed to CHECK OUT. Billing and shipping information will be required, as well as credit card information. After this is complete, press on the PLACE YOUR ORDER button.

We cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver your package in their advertised time-frame. ELLZ does everything possible to ensure you receive your order in the advertised time frame.

Once your order is received by the courier, a tracking number is emailed to your email inbox.

Return policy
Items shipped from ELLZ can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. To process a return, please fill out the Return Form.
Global return policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed, In addition, 3 to 5 business days for the total refund amount to reflect on your account statement.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. ELLZ will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item.
If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost.
Once your return is processed for a defective, damaged or incorrect item, your refund will include the total postage cost, as well as the import fees deposit.
When will i receive my refund?
Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it typically takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed. And an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to reflect on your account statement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased from ELLZ, you can do so at no additional cost. Please fill out the return form, choose the “exchange” option and complete the notes section.
As soon as we receive your return item(s), we will ship your new item(s) to the same address from your original order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email when the package has been received by the shipping courier.
